Born in New York in 1947. Graduate of the University of Puerto Rico liberal arts program. Her academic background in art and interior design include studies in la Liga de Arte del Viejo San Juan, Escuela de Artes Plasticas de Puerto Rico, San Juan School of Interior Design and The Art School of Minneapolis.
She has studied under the direction of local artists such as Agusto Marin, Cristina Emanuelli, Piero Rossatti, Juan Ramon Velazquez, Betsy Padin and Rafael Rivera Ortiz.
Her work has been showcased in various collective art expositions and local galleries in Puerto Rico including the Atrium at the Citibank Center, Galerias Colecciones, Galeria Telemundo and Artistas Contra el Cancer. In 2001 and 2004 her work earned her a second place in the “The Art School of Minneapolis annual art competition”.
Currently she continues to develop her artistic skills under the direction of Debbie Fletcher at the coral springs museum of art in Florida.
